Why have trouble reversing your motorhome?
With a rear view camera system rear bumper damage is thing of the past...
The Solar Solutions range of rear view camera systems are neat and simple to fit. The colour TFT screens are available in two sizes, either 5" or 7" and can be installed neatly on the dashboard of any vehicle. We have designed our systems so that a minimal number of cables are visible, this is done using a switch box which is located under the dashboard. The switch box has the facility to connect two cameras allowing for multiple viewing angles.

The most common system has one camera facing to the rear so that the driver can see behind them on a journey or when towing a trailer, and the second camera (which activates when reverse gear is selected) shows a view of the bumper to use when reversing.
We use Infra-red cameras so that you can view and reverse confidently night or day and the cameras can also operated in hot or cold conditions.

5" Reversing Camera System
This 5" rear view systems is ideal for a motorhome with a standard chassis cab.
It's compact TFT screen fits neatly on the dashboard and will not obstruct your view when driving. A single cable runs from the monitor to the switch box under the dash so only one wire is visible. Our rear view systems can have two cameras linked to it so one can point at the bumper and the second pointing behind if you were towing a trailer or a car.

7" Reversing Camera System
This 7" rear view system is ideal for the motorhome with a larger dashboard such as a HYMER C-class. The larger TFT screen fits neatly on the dashboard and will allow for a clearer view but will still not obstruct your view when driving. A single cable runs from the monitor to the switch box under the dash so only one wire is visible. Our rear view systems can have two cameras linked to it so one can point at the bumper and the second pointing behind if you were towing a trailer or a car.

This 7" In-dash system is perfect if you already have a small satellite navigation system and do not want another screen cluttering up the dashboard of your motorhome of car.
This neat All-in-one system incorporates every function you could wish for including a reversing camera input, to allow better rear visibility, if you do not have a rear window or to make reversing easier.

The simple to use Touch-screen display allows you to easily switch between functions, or you could use one of the two remote controls. Along with the usual functions such as CD and Radio this unit will also play movies on it's multi-region DVD player as well as allow you to make and receive calls, hands free, using a compatible Bluetooth mobile phone.
It also has built-in TV tuner so with a suitable aerial or Freeview Box you can watch analogue or Digital TV programmes. You could also use the DVD player to watch movies on main second TV with the appropriate cables being installed
